Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Ghar Ghar Gurukul, we’re committed to delivering your learning kits, parenting tools, and program materials with care and speed. Below you’ll find all details you need about how we ship, timelines, charges, and what to expect.

1. Coverage & Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship across India, reaching urban, semi-urban, and rural zones (subject to courier network availability).
  • For remote or hard-to-reach locations, delivery may take additional time or involve alternate routing.

2. Processing Time

  • After you place an order, our team processes it within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).
  • If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated delay or offer alternatives before dispatch.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination pin code.
  • Any taxes, surcharges, or customs (if applicable) are included in the final checkout amount.

5. Split Shipments

  • In rare cases where your order contains multiple items from different warehouses, items may ship separately.
  • You will still receive a single consolidated invoice.
  • Each shipment will include tracking details.

6. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing the courier’s name and a tracking number or hyperlink.
  • Use this tracking link to monitor your package’s status in real time.
  • For any delivery-specific issues or queries, contact us with the order ID and tracking code.

7. Receipt & Inspection

  • When your package arrives, please inspect it immediately before accepting.
  • If you notice any external damage or tampering, take photographs and refuse the delivery or note the damage on the courier’s receipt. Then inform us within 48 hours so we can assist with resolution.

8. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we endeavor to meet our estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:
     • Peak season surges (festivals, sales)
     • Public holidays, regional lockdowns, or weather disruptions
     • Courier partner constraints or strikes
  • In such cases, we will keep you informed and escalate the delivery or offer alternatives if required.

9. Undelivered / Returned Packages

  • If a package is undeliverable (wrong address, failed deliveries, refusal), it may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, you may:
     • Ask for re-dispatch (with shipping charges borne by you) or
     • Request a refund (deducting return shipping costs)
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders based on package status and feasibility.
